Overview

Łukasz is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokat). He has extensive experience in advising on domestic and cross-border M&A, private equity and joint venture deals as well as on corporate restructurings and reorganisations. 

Łukasz has also been involved in providing advice to domestic and foreign financial institutions, in particular the investment funds, investment firms, and banks on regulatory matters.

Recent highlights include:

  • InfraVia Capital Partners: advising on the acquisition of 50% of FiberForce, Play Group’s subsidiary, one of Poland's leading fixed, digital TV and mobile convergent players.
  • MM Packaging GmbH: advising on its acquisition of Essentra plc's pharma packaging business for £312m through an auction process.
  • Iberdrola: advising a world leader in renewable energy on the acquisition of 98MW of wind and solar projects in Poland. The seller was Augusta Energy, a joint venture between GreenVolt subsidiary, V-ridium Power Group and KGAL.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Linklaters in 2022, Łukasz worked, among others, at Penteris (formerly: Magnusson) and Kubas, Kos, Gałkowski law firms. 

Education and qualifications

Łukasz holds a master’s degree from the Jagiellonian University (summa cum laude).

He has broadened his legal education by completing a two-year British and European Law course (University of Warsaw in cooperation with Cambridge University) and one-year American School Programme (Catholic University of America).

Łukasz speaks Polish and English.
