Overview

Zuzanna Lipska is a Polish qualified lawyer (adwokatka) with over 13 years of experience in the real estate law. She has advised international and domestic investors and developers on numerous real estate transactions related to the sale or acquisition of offices, shopping centres, logistics facilities and hotels, including portfolio acquisitions and joint venture agreements. Her expertise focuses on the industrial sector. She provides advice on the entire development process. She has wide experience in lease agreements negotiations and real estate asset management.

Zuzanna's recent highlights include advising:

  • Panattoni Europe: advising on numerous lease agreements for logistics space, including logistics space: (i) with a total area of 12,000 sqm for DSV; (ii) with a total area of 11,000 sqm for Completio; (ii) with a total area of 3,600 sqm for Rossmann; (iv) with a total area of 12,000 sqm for Sealed Air; (v) with a total area of 17,000 sqm for DHL Parcel Polska; and (vi) with a total area 123,000 sqm for Leroy Merlin.
  • LeadCrest Capital Partners: advising on the acquisition, in a sale and leaseback formula, of: (i) a portfolio of three retail warehouses from 3W S.A. The portfolio, with total area of 18,200 sqm, comprises two assets in Warsaw and one in Czeladź; (ii) a 9,500 sqm light industrial and logistics facility located in Czosnów, from KGL S.A.
  • Griffin Capital Partners and Redefine: advising on the €200m acquisition of a logistics portfolio located in Poland via the European Logistics Investment, a company owned by Redefine Properties and companies controlled by Griffin Capital Partners’ partners. d. Henderson Park: advising on its 70% of an office portfolio acquisition in Poland and joint venture with EPP.
  • UBM Development: advising on the sale of the Holiday Inn hotel in Gdańsk to an investment fund belonging to the German Union Investments Group.
  • Nrep: advising on an investment agreement with YIT relating to Nrep’s first co-living and residential investment in Poland.
  • Generali Real Estate: advising on the acquisition of the Le Palais office building in Warsaw from PATRIZIA AG.

Professional experience

Prior to joining Linklaters in 2015, Zuzanna worked at Hogan Lovells.

Education and qualifications

Zuzanna studied law at the University of Warsaw. She also studied at the University of Vienna, German Law School and Center for American Law Studies.

She speaks Polish, English and German.
