M&A growth in Latin America
The growth in cross-border M&A activity involving a LatAm company during the past five years (2010-2014) has outpaced that of any other region in the world, when compared to the previous five year period (2005-2009). In spite of a rather volatile global economic landscape, our research shows that LatAm has emerged as one of the major contributors to a global M&A recovery.
Our new report analyses these findings and looks at how various factors including socio-political and economic challenges, falling commodity prices and an increasingly aging population will impact the region going forward.
