Linklaters announces hire of patent litigation expert Dr Julia Schönbohm
On 1 December 2014, Dr Julia Schönbohm will join Linklaters’ dispute resolution division as a partner in the firm’s Frankfurt office. She joins from DLA Piper, where she established and headed the German patent litigation practice.
Dr Julia Schönbohm is a highly regarded expert in cross-border patent infringement matters, advising on projects across all aspects of technology. She also advises on high-level trademark and competition law transactions.
