Linklaters bolsters Italian Capital Markets team with the hire of Linda Taylor from Clifford Chance and transfer of Cheri De Luca from the London office

Linda Taylor joins the Linklaters Capital Markets team in Milan as counsel where she will lead the English law Capital Markets practice. Additionally, Cheri De Luca, counsel and a senior US securities lawyer in the Linklaters London office, has relocated to the Milan office to lead the US Capital Markets practice.

Linda joins from Clifford Chance, where she worked for 13 years, gaining significant knowledge in all debt and equity linked products, assisting both issuers and underwriters and offering an in-depth understanding of the Italian market.

Cheri, who joined Linklaters in 2005 after practicing at Cahill Gordon & Reindel in New York, became counsel in 2012. She has extensive experience representing underwriters and issuers in SEC-registered and 144A transactions in all relevant market spaces, including initial public offerings, block trades, offerings of investment grade debt securities, hybrids, convertible and exchangeable bonds and high yield debt securities.
