The U.S. capital markets team advises on transactions involving equity, equity-linked and debt securities traded on the major U.S. and international exchanges, initial public offerings, high-yield debt offerings, SEC-registered offerings, non-registered offerings made pursuant to Rule 144A and Regulation S, liability management transactions involving tender offers and exchange offers, and other domestic and cross-border securities transactions by U.S. and non-U.S. issuers.

- Abengoa S.A. on its Rule 144A/Regulation S debt and exchangeable offerings
- ACS and Saeta Yield on the Madrid IPO and related Spanish listing of Saeta Yield
- Atlantica Yield (formerly known as Abengoa Yield) on its SEC registered IPO and NASDAQ listing, secondary offering, PIPE offering and Rule 144A/Regulation S high-yield offering
- AT&T in connection with its private offer to exchange 17 series of notes aggregating over US$18bn
- the underwriters on the €7.5bn accelerated bookbuilt offering of 1,213,592,234 new ordinary shares by Banco Santander
- the managers on Barclays' issue of US$2bn 8.25% fixed rate resetting perpetual subordinated contingent convertible securities, the first Barclays CoCo raise from a U.S. registered debt shelf. Named Debt and Equity-Linked Deal of the Year by the IFLR Europe Awards 2014
