The Continuity Law amended

A new law amending the Continuity Law was passed by Parliament and is pending for publication in the Belgian State Gazette.

The law brings adjustments to the Continuity Law with a view to enhancing efficiency and avoiding abuse. Accordingly, it will have a significant impact on judicial reorganisations.
