This briefing summarises recent guidance and other publications from regulators to help large unlisted UK companies and LLPs prepare their 2022/23 annual reports. 

It also covers the requirement for large companies and LLPs to disclose climate-related information in a non-financial and sustainability information statement for financial years beginning on or after 6 April 2022.
