Estelle Hiard

Estelle is an associate in the Litigation, Arbitration & Investigations team in Paris and a member of the Paris Bar. 

She specialises in civil and commercial dispute resolution, both domestic and cross-border, before national courts and arbitral tribunals. Her main fields of focus include contractual disputes, corporate and financial litigation. Estelle has also worked on damage claims following a decision by a competition authority. 

She has experience in investigations, assisting clients after a whistle-blowing claim or in the context of criminal investigations. 

Prior to joining Linklaters as an associate, Estelle acquired experience with domestic and international law firms based in Paris. 

In 2020, Estelle acted as a lecturer in private international law at Paris-Saclay University.

Estelle holds an LL.M. in International Dispute Resolution from King’s College London and a Master’s degree in International Business Law from the Rennes I University.

She is fluent in French and English.
