Joseph’s practice focuses on international financial transactions. Joseph has represented issuers and underwriters on SEC-registered and exempt equity and debt offerings as well as arrangers and investors on complex structured financings, securitizations, structured notes and other complex financial transactions. Joseph also has experience negotiating and drafting trading and financing documentation in connection with derivatives transactions.
Joseph is currently on secondment at Morgan Stanley.
Education and qualifications
Joseph holds an undergraduate degree in international economics from Georgetown University and a Juris Doctor from Duke University School of Law, where served as an article editor for the Duke Environmental Law & Policy Forum.
