Overview

Klaudia is a UK-qualified lawyer in the Warsaw Regional M&A Team. She specialises in corporate and commercial law with experience of advising clients on private M&A transactions, joint ventures, corporate reorganisations and providing general corporate advice. Her professional experience focuses on multi-jurisdictional M&A in the CEE and Eurasia regions. 

Klaudia was seconded to the legal M&A department of beIN Media Group. She has also spent time working in the Linklaters Munich and New York offices.

Work highlights

  • Farfetch: advising on the acquisition of Wannaby Inc., providing immersive augmented reality and virtual try on technology for the luxury fashion industry
  • Orange Polska: advising on the auction sale of a 50% stake in its fibre-to-the-home business in Poland to APG, including its entry into a joint venture with APG
  • Qatar Investment Authority: advising on their acquisition of a 30% interest in the Istinye Park luxury shopping mall in Istanbul and the resulting joint venture arrangements with co-owners Doğuş Group
  • Interxion: advising a Digital Realty company on its acquisition of Greece's largest data centre company, Lamda Hellix
  • Linde AG: advising on a complex carve-out and sale of its industrial gases business in the Americas, China, South Korea and India to multiple buyers, including a consortium of CVC and Messer
  • Qatari-based beIN Media Group: advising on the acquisition of Turkey’s biggest satellite network and pay-TV provider Digitürk

Education and qualifications

Klaudia studied law and European legal studies at the University of Aberdeen and Katholieke Universiteit Leuven. She also completed postgraduate studies on Polish company law at the Warsaw School of Economics. 

She speaks Polish, English and Spanish.
