Yuto Matsumura

Yuto is a lawyer in our energy and infrastructure practice based in Tokyo. He specialises in project development and finance, and acquisition finance.

Yuto has advised on outbound Japanese energy and infrastructure transactions, large-scale acquisition financings related to Japanese companies, debt rescheduling transactions driven by special debt suspension initiatives for eligible countries, as well as on strategic inbound investments in new renewable technologies and major infrastructure projects in Japan. 

Yuto studied law at Waseda University and at Hitotsubashi University School of Law, where he completed the Business Law Course.

Yuto is qualified in Japan.
