The team have been awarded 8 Deals of the Year across the globe, demonstrating the strength and capability of our team to work on the most complex and innovative deals right across the energy and infrastructure sector.
We advised Asian Development Bank, Japan Bank for International Cooperation and commercial lenders in the long term limited-recourse US$1.366bn project financing to fund the development and construction of a 2,500 MW natural gas-fired power plant under the IPP scheme in Thailand.
We advised EDF Energy Renewables Limited on the £2.3bn project financing of the 450 MW Neart na Gaoithe Offshore Wind Farm, located in Scottish territorial waters in the outer Firth of Forth.
We advised the three underwriters (BNPP, MUFG and SG) on the financing of the Saint-Nazaire offshore wind project, the first offshore wind project to close in the French market. The €2.3 billion, 480 MW project, developed by EDF Renewables and Enbridge, will be located 12km off the coast of Loire-Atlantique and will feature 80x GE Haliade turbines.
We advised the sponsor group of Altice, OMERS, Allianz and AXA IM in relation to the €1.9bn roll-out of SFR FTTH’s fibre network in France.
