Artem Boiko

Artem advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including cross-border and domestic M&A transactions, joint ventures, IPOs and equity raisings, venture capital deals, corporate reorganisations, general corporate queries, and regulatory issues.

He also advises on various aspects of investment funds products and transactions (both on the sponsors’ and investors’ side), including private equity and venture funds, real estate funds and debt funds.

Prior to his relocation to the Middle East, Artem has worked in the firm’s London, Singapore and Moscow offices, and has completed client secondments with corporate and finance clients of the firm.

Artem studied law at Moscow State University (Moscow) and has competed a conversion course to become a Solicitor of England & Wales.

Artem speaks English, Russian, French and Italian.
