Marie-Christine joined Linklaters in February 2022. She gained valuable professional experience in several international law firms in France and in Luxembourg.
Marie-Christine has experience with setting up Luxembourg Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS), Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), and has helped clients with setting up European Long-Term Investment Funds (ELTIFs).
Marie-Christine has also experience with providing ongoing advice to funds and fund managers. She has also assisted institutional clients with regard to investments in Luxembourg fund structures.
Education and qualifications
She holds a Master’s 2 degree in Banking and Financial Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University, an LL.M. in Business Law from Boston College Law School, and a Master’s 2 / double degree in French and Anglo-American Law – Paris West University Nanterre la Défense.
She is fluent in English and French.
She was admitted to the bar of Luxembourg in 2016, to the Paris Bar in 2016 and to the New York State Bar in 2014.
