Congress Passes Reform Bill Tailoring Certain Dodd-Frank Act Requirements

While the Economic Growth, Regulatory Relief, and Consumer Protection Act, which was signed into law on May 24, is the most significant legislative amendment to U.S. financial regulation since the adoption of the Dodd-Frank, it does little to change the post-financial crisis regulatory structure it put in place.
