  • Global investment manager: advising on the structuring and establishing a credit platform for investments in emerging markets infrastructure debt with an equity capitalisation of €800m and structuring comparable follow-on products with a target volume of several billion Euros.
  • German public sector bank: advising on the creation of a legal framework in Germany for the establishment and promotion of development finance funds, as well as comprehensive advice regarding the implementation of the Chancellor’s Africa Initiative (involving several federal ministries and the German financial regulator BaFin).
  • Global universal bank: negotiating and implementing the acquisition by asset deal of the aviation finance business of a German bank valued at €5.5bn.
  • German private equity manager: Structuring, establishing and providing ongoing advice to a private equity fund for institutional investors with a target equity capitalisation of €500m for investments in Europe.
  • Global infrastructure manager: advising on the structuring and establishing a real estate fund for institutional investors with a target equity capitalisation of €750m.
  • Skandinavian real estate managers: structuring, establishing and providing ongoing advice regarding open and closed ended real estate funds for institutional investors raising more than €2bn of equity capital from institutional investors for real estate investments in Skandinavian countries.
  • US real estate managers: Structuring, establishing and providing ongoing advice regarding open and closed ended real estate funds raising more than EUR 1.7 billion of equity capital from institutional investors for real estate investments in the US and Brazil.
