  • advising Compaňia Sud Americana de Vapores (CSAV) on the merger of its container shipping division with Hapag Lloyd AG and the acquisition of a 34 % share in Hapag Lloyd AG
  • advising Deere & Company in the acquisition of the global business activities of the Wirtgen Group
  • advising Deutsche Postbank AG inter alia on the acquisition of BHF Capital Inc. Group, New York, from BHF Bank AG and the divestiture of Deutsche Postbank Home Finance (India)
  • advising Klöckner & Co SE on the acquisition of Becker Stahl Service Group and the Frefer Group (Brazil)
  • advising Turkish Airlines on the incorporation of SunExpress Deutschland GmbH, a joint venture with Deutsche Lufthansa AG
  • advising VION Food Group on the sale of its Ingredients division to Darling Inc., the sale of Convenience Group and the sale of Tatiara Meat Company to Swift Australia (a 100 % subsidiary of Brazilian JBS S.A.) as well as various acquisitions in Germany
