Dr. Ibrahim Hoveyes

Ibrahim specialises in advising national and international companies, in particular listed German stock corporations, on corporate law matters, group law, corporate acquisitions and restructurings, corporate litigation as well as on annual general meetings.

Work highlights

• Daimler: advising on the spin-off of a minority shareholding in Daimler Truck and subsequent listing.
• Ströer: advising on general corporate matters, including the annual general meeting.
• Bilfinger: advising on stock corporation and capital markets law, particularly in connection with an internal investigation.
• thyssenkrupp: advising on the change of legal form and planned listing of thyssenkrupp subsidiary Nucera (formerly Uhde Chlorine Engineers).
• Vodafone: advising the company in appraisal proceedings in connection with the conclusion of a domination and profit and loss transfer agreement.

Ibrahim studied law at the Ruhr-Universität Bochum, where he later obtained his doctorate.
