Overview

Philippe joined the corporate and finance practice in 2022. Prior to joining Linklaters, he worked as an associate at another international firm since 2018.

He specialises in corporate transactional work with a focus on M&A and private equity.

Work highlights

Since joining Linklaters, Philippe has worked on the following matters, advising:

  • Proximus on the acquisition of a majority stake in Route Mobile Ltd.
  • Sofina on its acquisition of a minority stake in EG A/S.
  • Orange Belgium on the acquisition of VOO SA.

Prior to joining Linklaters, Philippe worked on the following matters, advising:

  • Superbet on the acquisition of Napoleon Sports & Casino from Waterland.
  • Boulanger on the acquisition of Krëfel.

Education and qualifications

Philippe studied law at Ghent University and at the University of Glasgow within the framework of the Erasmus Programme. He holds an LL.M. degree from Berkeley Law. He is admitted to practice as a lawyer in Belgium.

Philippe is fluent in French, Dutch and English.
