  • Barings: advising Barings on the acquisition of an historic building in a prime location at 163 rue Saint-Maur in Paris, France, from Groupe Financière JL, represented by its family office Family Partners.
  • Ramsbury: advising on a day-to day basis on all their asset management elements for their French portfolio which includes namely the following properties: 21 Champs-Elysées, 54-56 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré, 11-13 rue du Faubourg Saint-Honoré in Paris.
  • Invesco Real Estate: acting on behalf of the Malaysian's pension fund, Employees Provident Fund (EPF) on the sale of the entity SC Tour Prisma, owner of a tower called "Tour Prisma" which is located in the business area La Defense, in Paris.
  • BMO Real Estate Partners: advising BMO Real Estate on the acquisition of the entity owning the trophy building for office and retail uses located at 71-73 Avenue des Champs-Elysées in Paris.
  • Invesco Real Estate European Fund (IREEF) and Invesco Real Estate itself: acting as asset manager of IREEF for the acquisition from Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield of the whole share capital of SCI Capital 8, the company owning the prime office complex known as Capital 8, with a total surface area of 45,000 sqm located in the 8th arrondissement in Paris, rue de Monceau, rue Murat and rue du Docteur Lancereaux and fully let to 17 tenants.
  • Northwood Investors: advising on the acquisition by its subsidiary, Cegereal SA, of a prime real estate property for office use called "Le Tripode - Passy-Kennedy" and located in Paris (16th arrondissement). The property develops a total lettable surface area of approx. 22,500 sqm and is fully let to 10 tenants.
  • HSBC SA: advising in its negotiations with its current landlord for the termination of all its leases relating to its headquarters on the Champs-Elysées and in its negotiations with Covea for the entering into of a new commercial lease for its headquarters to be relocated Avenue Kleber in Paris (75008).
