- Tyndaris in in connection with an €80m refinancing of the Borgo Egnazia resort in Italy
- M&G in respect of a €93m facility agreement provided to a joint venture company in connection with the acquisition of 14 distribution and/or logistic warehouses located throughout France
- Cityhold Office Partnership, a joint venture owned by TIAA, Första AP-fonden and Andra AP-fonden, in respect of the refinancing of its Pan-European portfolio
- a joint venture owned by TIAA and Neinver to finance the acquisition of six retail outlet centres throughout Europe
- Blackstone in its capacity as arranger and lender in relation to a secured term loan financing the acquisition by US group Storage Mart of Bog Box Storage in the UK
- Abu Dhabi Financial Group on the development financing in relation to the ‘The Broadway’ one of the largest island site developments in London
- Starwood and Brookfield on the financing of the acquisition of a portfolio of Interhotel branded hotels throughout Germany
- Beacon Capital Partners group on the refinancing of a €600m acquisition debt relating to the iconic Tour First office tower in Paris
- Blackstone on the refinancing of certain subsidiaries of Secure Income REIT relating to properties owned and leased by Merlin Entertainments
- a consortium of banks on the €200m financing for the development of the largest fourth generation shopping centre in Poznan, Poland
- Activum on the financing and acquisition of The Heron City, a retail and leisure centre in Barcelona
