Claire is a Managing Associate in Linklaters’ Environment & Climate Change practice. She is part of the firm’s global cross-practice ESG team.

Claire has a background advising on a range of corporate matters including public and private M&A, equity capital markets transactions and various corporate advisory matters.

Claire holds a CFA Certificate in ESG Investing, giving her a valuable insight into key ESG issues facing clients such as integrating ESG into investment decision-making and engagement strategies.

  • Environmental and social aspects of strategic corporate transactions, investments and project financings across multiple sectors.
  • ESG regulation, including the EU sustainable finance package, the TCFD, greenhouse gas reporting, and modern slavery and human rights laws.

  • Net zero trajectories, scope 3 emissions reporting and related insetting/offsetting programmes.

Claire has spent time on secondment to our Hong Kong office (2016) and to the office of the Linklaters Senior Partner and Chair (2018).
