In her capital markets practice, Sasha’s experience includes advising on international and domestic equity public offerings, including depository receipts issues, as well as eurobound issues and convertible bond transactions in Russia and internationally.

Regulatory capital and Eurobonds
- the managers on the US$700m notes issued by CBOM Finance on a limited recourse basis to finance a subordinated loan to Credit Bank of Moscow
- the managers and a trustee on the US$500m notes issued by PhosAgro Bond Funding to finance a loan to PhosAgro

Sasha is a member of the Moscow Exchange's committee on primary equity markets.

Sasha studied law at the Lomonosov Moscow State University.
