Linklaters advises Globalworth on the acquisition of two office complexes in Katowice and Wrocław for EUR 113 mln
Linklaters has advised Globalworth on the acquisition of the Silesia Star office complex in Katowice and the Retro Office House in Wrocław from LC Corp. The transaction is valued at EUR 113 mln.
Silesia Star is a modern class A office structure consisting of two retail-office buildings with a total useable floor area of 29,200 sqm. It is the fifth property acquired by Globalworth in Katowice. Retro House Office is a notable office building in the centre of Wrocław with a total area of 21,900 sqm.
The Real Estate team advising on the transaction was led by senior associate Tomasz Trystuła.
