Tom Shropshire listed on top 100 BAME Leaders in Business Index
Linklaters’ Global U.S. Practice Head has been named to Green Park’s 2019 fourth annual list
Linklaters Global U.S. Practice Head, Tom Shropshire, has been named to Green Park’s 2019 BAME100 Business Leaders Index.
Published by executive recruitment and diversity consultancy Green Park, the index is designed to showcase the UK’s leading ethnic minority talent and inspire organizations to think differently about talent in top boardrooms.
As a recognized leader in his field, Tom was identified as one of the 100 board-ready black, Asian and minority ethnic (BAME) leaders by an independent assessment panel, made up of leading figures from top private, public, and third sector organizations in the UK.
Tom is a former member of the steering committee for the Parker Review which considers how to improve the ethnic and cultural diversity of UK boards to better reflect their employee base and the communities they serve. He continues to work with a range of stakeholders including the UK government on related issues.
Since being appointed as the Global U.S. Practice Head in 2017, Tom has made diversity and inclusion an equivalent strategic priority with revenue growth, margin enhancement, and clients.
