Risk and Resilience - the range of our work

Anti-bribery & Corruption

Working with clients to design and implement effective anti-bribery and corruption programmes capable of operating across their business taking into account differing legal, cultural and commercial norms. We also assist clients to handle both internal and regulatory investigations, including those under the UK Bribery Act or the US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA).

We understand the national policy concerns that shape global competition policy and maintain strong relationships with authorities and enforcement agencies across the globe. The Operational Intelligence Group’s competition team members advise on the full cartel investigation lifecycle, from internal investigations and compliance to dawn raids, optimising tactics in the administrative cartel investigation, appeal and follow on claims.

Stronger regulation and enforcement in the areas of cyber security and privacy have been a recent development, and pose significant challenges for many organisations. We advise on regulatory requirements safeguards and managing the response to data breaches or loss.

We help our clients in relation to whistleblowing, grievance mechanisms and relevant human rights issues. We also handle our clients’ most reputationally sensitive and complex employee relations issues including in challenging operating environments.
