Overview

Agathe specialises in advising French and European banks, funds and corporates on structured finance transactions. She has considerable experience in domestic and multijurisdictional securitisation deals backed by various assets (including trade receivables, residential mortgage loans, consumer loans and car fleets), project bonds, covered bonds, Sociétés de Financement de l’Habitat, real estate financing and public-private partnership (PPP) financing deals.

Agathe was seconded for six months to Crédit Agricole Corporate & Investment Bank between 2012 and 2013, where she was the lawyer supporting teams set up for securitisations. The secondment provided her with valuable insight into deal execution and facilitation.
