Karen is an associate in the Corporate, Mergers and Acquisitions group of the firm's New York office. Her practice includes representing clients on public and private corporate transactions, including mergers, equity and asset sales, and on general corporate governance and securities matters. Karen is qualified as an attorney under New York and Israeli laws. She received a LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar. She is fluent in English, Spanish and Hebrew.

Karen received her LL.B. from Tel Aviv University Buchmann Faculty of Law in 2009. She received her LL.M. from Columbia Law School in 2016, where she was a Harlan Fiske Stone Scholar.
