Yudai Matsuda

Yudai specialises in investment funds transactions and Japanese financial regulations. He has worked on various types of offshore investment funds including infrastructure funds, private equity funds and real estate funds, and has advised fund managers and investors on Japanese regulations and on a wide variety of fund-related issues. Yudai also has experience in derivative transactions and repackaging transactions. 

Yudai graduated from Keio University in 2015 and from Kyoto University School of Law in 2017.
