ExCom Overview
Our Executive Committee (ExCom) is chaired by the Firmwide Managing Partner and its members include the heads of the main business divisions, the firm’s Regional Managing Partners and the Chief Financial Officer and leaders of certain other business functions. It is the forum in which the senior management of the firm discuss issues relating to the firm, including its strategy and plans.
Membership
It comprises the Heads of the firm’s three divisions, the Regional Managing Partners for Asia and the US, the Regional Managing Partner and Deputy Regional Managing Partner for Europe, the German Senior Partner, Chief HR Officer, Chief Finance Officer, Chief Growth Officer and the Senior Partner.
