Dogger Bank

Linklaters has advised on the construction, development and £5.5 billion project financing of the Dogger Bank A and Dogger Bank B phases of the Dogger Bank Wind Farm, owned by SSE Renewables and Equinor New Energy.

Amadeus

Linklaters has advised Lenzing and Duratex as sponsors, and their joint venture LD Celulose S.A. as borrower, in connection with the US$1.1 billion financing to build one of the largest and most energy-efficient dissolving wood pulp plants in the world.

Northvolt

Linklaters has advised Goldman Sachs in connection with its role as co-lead investor in Northvolt AB’s recent US$600m equity capital raise which follows from the US$1 billion equity capital raise executed in June 2019 and the $1.6bn debt financing recently secured by Northvolt.

Fecamp

Linklaters advised Crédit Agricole CIB, BNPP, Société Générale and the EIB on all aspects of the limited recourse financing of the 497MW Fécamp offshore wind farm.

Changfang and Xidao

Linklaters has advised NEXI and KSURE on the approx. US$3 billion (NT$90 billion) project financing of the 589 MW Changfang and Xidao offshore wind project in Taiwan.

Akita

Linklaters has advised Marubeni Corporation, on their ¥100 billion (approx. US$920 million) plan to build approximately 140MW capacity offshore wind farms at Akita Port and Noshiro Port in northern Japan. 

Galaxy

Linklaters advised members of the consortium on the combined US$10.1bn investment into ADNOC pipelines, the largest foreign investment into the UAE and the largest global infrastructure deal of the year.
