Overview

Agathe is an associate in the Capital Markets team in Paris.

She advises leading issuers and investment banks on domestic and cross-border transactions, standalone bond issues; on updates of EMTN and GMTN Programmes and drawdowns under EMTN and GMTN Programmes.
 

Agathe’s experience includes advising :

  • the arrangers, dealers and issuers on updates of and drawdowns under EMTN Programmes (Air Liquide, Action Logement Services, CADES, Crédit Agricole S.A., Danone, La Banque Postale, La Poste, RTE - Réseau de transport d’électricité, Schneider Electric SE, Société de Financement Local, Société du Grand Paris and Worldline) ;
  • the banks on issuances of obligations foncières (covered bonds) (Caisse Française de Financement Local et Compagnie de Financement Foncier) ;
  • the banks and issuers on standalone bond issues of Bouygues, Iliad and Edenred ;
  • the banks on the liability management transactions of TDF Infrastructure SAS and Air Liquide Finance;
  • the banks on USMTN Program updates and drawdowns (Crédit Agricole S.A., Société Générale, BPCE).
 

Professional experience

Agathe joined Linklaters in 2022.

She occasionally advises, on a pro-bono basis, the Fondation des Femmes.

 

Education and qualifications

Agathe holds a Master’s degree in Investment Banking and Financial Markets from the Paris Dauphine University and a Master’s degree in Business, Tax and Financial Markets law from the University Paris Saclay in partnership with ESCP Europe.
