Overview

Nicolas is an associate in the Capital Markets practice of Linklaters in Paris. He joined Linklaters in October 2021.

He is advising leading corporates and investment banks on their capital markets transactions, including debt issuances programmes (establishments, updates and drawdowns), standalone bonds issuances (including ESG bonds), regulatory capital issuances and consent solicitations.

He has had the opportunity to be seconded on two occasions: one to the Dispute Resolution practice of Linklaters in Paris and the other to the Capital Markets team of Crédit Agricole CIB.

  • advising on sustainability-linked bonds issues by ATOS SE and by Eramet.
  • advising on a standalone bonds issue by Bouygues.
  • advising on a green OATei issue by The Republic of France (Agence France Trésor).
  • advising on covered bonds issues by HSBC SFH (France) and by La Banque Postale Home Loan SFH.
  • advising on a regulatory capital issue of Crédit Agricole SA.
  • advising on consent solicitations of HSBC SFH (France).
 

Education and qualifications

Nicolas holds a Master of Banking and Finance Law from Pathéon Assas University. Nicolas also holds Masters of Business Law from Paris Descartes University. Nicolas obtained his law degree from the same university.
