Christian Minette

Christian is an associate in our Belgian employment and incentives practice. He was admitted to the Antwerp Bar after gaining a few years of professional experience as, among others, an HR Advisor to a multinational company.
 
He advises clients on a broad spectrum of labour, employment and incentive matters and assists clients before court, combining excellent technical capabilities with business acumen gained thanks to his prior in-house experience and Master in General Management from Vlerick Business School. While working as an HR Advisor he assisted amongst others in the preparation and execution of a large collective dismissal procedure.
 
Christian always strives for a no-nonsense and pragmatic approach when assisting clients and combines his broad academic and professional background to reach that objective.

• Assisting a multinational enterprise in an international restructuring exercise, including the end-to-end preparation and execution of a collective dismissal procedure and resulting social plan negotiations.
• Successfully representing multiple clients across a broad spectrum of complex employment litigation cases.
