Viktor has experience of corporate and real estate law in property-related transactions, with specialist proficiency in real estate M&A. Clients include global real estate funds, Nordic institutions and real estate companies. Viktor also has experience with corporate M&A and capital markets.

Viktor's most notable deals include:

• Brookfield Super-Core Infrastructure Partners: advising on its SEK 9.2 bn as lead counsel on the acquisition of a 49% stake in the newly formed EduCo portfolio (social infrastructure portfolio for public education) from SBB, consisting of roughly 600 properties across the Nordics.
• BlackRock: advising on the acquisition of two logistic facilities located in Vaggeryd and Eskilstuna. The properties features modern logistics premises with areas spanning approximately 27,000 and 21,000 square meters. The transaction was carried out as a share transfer of the shares in the property holding companies.
• CBRE IM: advising on the acquisition of a logistics facility in Åstorp, close to Helsingborg. The property is set to include a logistics center with an estimated 46,000 square meters of leasable space. The transaction was carried out as a share transfer of the shares in the property holding company.
