- PwC as administrators of Lehman Brothers International Europe on the sale of the investment banking and equities division of Lehman Brothers in Europe and the Middle East to Nomura and on the sale of the European asset management business to Neuberger
- Anglo American plc on its demerger of Mondi, resulting in a dual listed company structure in London and South Africa
