Linklaters Advises Citi, Itau BBA, J.P. Morgan, and Santander on Pan American Energy Argentine Branch’s $400 Million Bond Issuance

Linklaters advised Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Itau BBA USA Securities, Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Santander US Capital Markets LLC on Pan American Energy, S.L., Argentine Branch’s offering of $400 million 8.500% Senior Notes due 2032.

The notes are unsubordinated, unsecured obligations of the Issuer and are guaranteed in the form of a debt recognition obligation by Pan American Energy, S.L., the Parent Guarantor. The proceeds will be used by Pan American Energy, S.L., Argentine Branch for capital expenditures, investments in new businesses, and working capital needs in Argentina.

The Linklaters deal team was led by Partners Conrado Tenaglia, Matthew Poulter, and Counsel Emilio Minvielle, alongside Associate Juan Mata, Foreign Attorney Ramón Augusto Poliche, and Paralegal Thomas Tiphaine.
