EAT holds that gender-critical beliefs are capable of being protected under the Equality Act 2010

The EAT has handed down judgment in the case of holding that a belief that sex is immutable and should not be conflated with gender identity is a protected philosophical belief, despite the fact that the belief was likely to be considered offensive and abhorrent by trans people.
