UK cryptoasset legislation
HM Treasury has released draft legislation for regulating cryptoassets. This is a significant milestone towards the creation of a cryptoasset regime for the UK because it defines the scope of which assets and activities will be regulated. There is a short window of opportunity for providing technical comments on the draft.
