Hong Kong - Stock Connect: The New Master SPSA Service

On 18 March 2020, Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited announced that it will implement an enhancement to its existing pre-trade checking model for Stock Connect. A new Master Special Segregated Account service for fund managers is expected to be in the first half of 2020 subject to approval from the Securities and Futures Commission and market readiness.
