Proposed revisions to the guidelines on fair dealing

On 14 December 2022, the Monetary Authority of Singapore (“MAS”) published a consultation paper on its proposed revisions to the guidelines on fair dealing – board and senior management responsibilities for delivering fair dealing outcomes to customers (the “Fair Dealing Guidelines”).
