EU MiFID II quick fix – Further details on commodity changes

The EU MiFID II quick fix includes numerous changes to the commodities position limits regime which require regulatory technical standards to spell out the details. ESMA has now produced the relevant draft technical standards for consultation until 23 July 2021, including proposals to enshrine the content of trading venues’ position management controls in a new RTS.
