IFPR implementation: lessons and challenges for remuneration and governance
Following the success of the recent roundtable, and in response to your feedback, we are hosting a further virtual roundtable to continue the discussion of the remuneration and governance challenges in implementing the IFPR.
Agenda items we will carry-over to the October roundtable include a continuation of the discussion on the role of subsidiary committees in a group context, the use of “parent company” equity to meet the remuneration deferral rules, timing and preparation for the disclosure requirements, and ICARA governance.
