NYSE Extends Covid-19 Waiver of Shareholder Approval to End of 2020

The NYSE has extended to December 31, 2020 its conditional waiver of the shareholder approval requirements relating to the issuance of 20% or more of a company's outstanding common stock or voting power and certain issuances to related parties. The temporary relief was originally scheduled to end June 30, 2020, and was extended to September 30, 2020.
