SFC Climate-Related Measures for Fund Managers

The SFC has published the Consultation Conclusions on the Management and Disclosure of Climate-Related Risks by Fund Managers which largely confirm the proposals to amend the Fund Manager Code of Conduct put forward in the SFC’s November 2020 consultation.

The Conclusions are accompanied by a circular on the management and disclosure of climate-related risks by fund managers, which sets out the expected standards for complying with the climate related requirements in the FMCC, as well as a set of FAQs.
