IFPR: Approaching the finish line… and looking beyond

The FCA has now finalised its rules for the new UK prudential regime for investment firms (IFPR), which apply from 1 January 2022. Its third IFPR policy statement (PS21/17) and a set of FCA webinars contain the final building blocks for firms to get ready and commentary on what the FCA expects. We set out below key dates and action points for firms as we approach the “IFPR finish line” and highlight some key points from the recent FCA publication and events.
