In this session, drawing on research in psychology, sociology and organisational behaviour, we will look at how women can leverage their strengths and how they can address the differences in negotiation approaches to be more successful overall in achieving their desired outcome. We will also have a dialogue with our Linklaters lawyers in Asia to share their thoughts and experiences.
