Belgium - Brexit measures for UK financial institutions doing business in Belgium

The Belgian legislator, the Belgian Government and the Belgian financial supervision authorities are working on a package of Brexit measures. The package currently consists of (i) a draft Brexit law and (ii) a Communication of the Financial Services and Markets Authority (FSMA).
