Covid-19 and social elections (Belgium): health and safety obligations

Recently, the Belgian government has reintroduced a teleworking obligation for all non-essential businesses (until at least 13 December 2020), unless this is not possible due to the nature of the function of the employee involved, the continuity of the business, the activities or the provision of services. Employers need to assess (upon consultation of the appropriate bodies) which employees are indeed unable to work from home.
